Policies and Disclosures
Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and professional firearm training for individuals of all experience levels. To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, we ask that all clients review and adhere to the following policies before participating in our classes.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their class reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class are not eligible for a refund. However, clients may reschedule their class once at no additional cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
No refunds will be issued for:
Failing to complete the class.
Being removed from the class for safety violations or non-compliance with behavior policies.
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the instructor.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients unable to complete a class due to safety concerns or competence issues will be required to address these concerns before rescheduling.
Clients who violate safety or behavior policies may be required to meet specific criteria before being eligible to rebook.
There is no fee for rescheduling, but clients who do not bring their own pistol will be required to pay a $20 equipment fee for the use of training firearms.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available upon request for clients requiring additional instruction or seeking personalized training.
Ask for rates for private lessons.
Drug and Alcohol Policy
Clients must arrive in a sober state, free of the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If a client is suspected of being under the influence or smells of drugs or alcohol, they will be asked to leave immediately.
Clients removed from class due to suspected impairment will be allowed to reschedule, but no refund will be issued.
Safety and Behavior Policy
All participants are required to follow firearm safety rules and the instructor's directions at all times.
Unsafe, disruptive, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the class.
Clients are expected to demonstrate basic competency in firearm handling, including proper grip, muzzle discipline, and trigger discipline.
Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in removal from the class. Rescheduling is at the instructor’s discretion.

1. What should I bring to class?
Please bring a valid ID, your firearm (if applicable), and any required equipment as specified in your class confirmation email. Ammunition and safety gear will be provided unless stated otherwise.
2. What happens if the weather is bad?
Severe weather may result in rescheduling. We will notify clients at least 24 hours in advance and provide alternative dates.
3. Can I bring a friend or family member to observe?
Observers are not permitted for safety and insurance reasons unless prior approval is obtained from the instructor.
4. What if I’ve never handled a firearm before?
Our beginner classes are specifically designed for clients with no prior firearm experience. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step to ensure you feel confident and comfortable.
5. What if I fail to meet the class requirements?
If you do not meet class requirements, the instructor will provide feedback and resources to help you improve. You will have the opportunity to reschedule after addressing any concerns.
